as a non-degree seeking student.
Application procedures vary depending on your specific situation:
1. If you received an Undergraduate Degree from ASU:
Go to the Registrar's Office Electronic Forms Page and choose, "Data Sheet." Complete this form and send it to the Graduate School (address below).
2. If you received a Graduate Degree from ASU:
Go to the ASU Graduate School Applications Webpage: and scroll down to "Application for Non-Degree Status (and instructions)." Complete this form and send it to the Graduate School (address below).
3. If you have been enrolled at ASU (even taken a summer course or semester) but never received a degree from ASU:
Go to the Registrar's Office Electronic Forms Page and choose, "Data Sheet." Complete this form and send it to the Graduate School (address below) with a transcript showing your undergraduate degree and a note about when you were previously enrolled at ASU.
4. If you have never taken any courses at ASU:
Go to the ASU Graduate School Applications Webpage and scroll down to "Application for Non-Degree Status (and instructions)." Complete this form and send it to the Graduate School (address below).

Note: Course costs are the same as for any 3 hour graduate course: $372 in-state, $1062 out-of-state. If you wish on-campus housing and meals, it will cost you approximately $367 for week 1 (CI5636 7/15-722), $419.50 for week 2 (CI5635, 7/22-7/30) or $786 for both weeks (7/15-7/30). After you register for the course, you will receive a form from Wendy May (828.262.2744 maywb@appstate.edu) at ASU Conferences and Institutes to sign up for this option.
